In our document called In our official set of Bylaws we have made it clear that officers "must strive toward making ISMA as transparent as possible".
In general, this means that we don't want to keep any secrets or hidden agendas. More specifically, it means that we want to make all of our materials, ideas and goals
available to everyone who is interested, whether it be members, interested students, faculty, or corporations.
As such, we have created this section not only for our officers, but for anyone who wants to learn more about ISMA. These are the documents that we use to run
ISMA and guide us as an organization. We will strive to keep this information up to date and comprehensive, just short of posting personal information of members.
